Step 1

Download the membership application.
Just click here to download the membership form (PDF).
Step 2

Fill out the membership form.
After you've downloaded the membership form, print it out. Complete the form.
Step 3

Mail in the form with your payment.
Mail in your completed membership form with your payment. You can send your form and payment to our Treasurer. Explicit instructions are provided on the membership form.

Renewing Your Membership Is Even Easier!
Simply send your membership fee to MGA by either of these methods...

Mulligans Golf Association offers three types of memberships for your individual needs:

FULL Membership $65 (renewals: $55)
  • discounted tournament fees
  • discounts on MGA merchandise such as hats, shirts, etc.
  • exclusive discounts on Bay Area golf courses, golf lessons, postings of tee time openings only available through MGA.
  • discounted green fees at premium golf courses such as the world renown Poppy Hills Golf Course in Monterey, CA and Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore, CA.
  • an official handicap index tracking system that is accessible online
  • quarterly NCGA magazine that may include additional discounts to various courses and equipment.

JUNIOR Membership $20 (renewals: $20)
  • for players 18 year old and under
  • discounted tournament fees
  • discounts on MGA merchandise such as hats, shirts, etc.
  • exclusive discounts on Bay Area golf courses, golf lessons, postings of tee time openings only available through MGA.
